At it's meeting at 28 February 2013 Council approved a number of documents for consultation under the special consultative procedure prescribed in the Local Government Act 2002.
The documents are:
- Draft Annual Plan 2013-2014
- Proposed Schedule of Fees and Charges 2013-2014
- Draft Water Related Services Bylaw 2013
- Amended Gambling Venue (Class 4) Policy
- Amended Rates Remission Policy and amended Revenue and Financing Policy
Submissions opened on Tuesday 5 March 2013 and closed at 4pm Friday 5 April 2013.
Hearing of oral submissions was scheduled for Thursday 18 April 2013.
Deliberations by Council regarding the submissions is scheduled for Thursday 2 May 2013.
