Asset Management Plans are a foundation for the LTCCP. They are continually updated to reflect new information (from maintenance checks, condition surveys and events) and Council decisions (includding funding). The documents available below are those which were adopted as part of the LTCCP process.

Nomination papers and information. Nominations open Friday 23 July 2010 and close at 12 noon Friday 20 August 2010.

The Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) provides a 10 year planning framework for the services that Council provides to residents of the Rangitikei.
