New platform for online building consent applications

We are excited to let you know that from 25 August 2025, Rangitikei District Council is moving to a new platform for online building consent applications, Objective Build. To support with this transition, our building consents portal will be offline and no consents will be able to be lodged from 12pm Friday 22nd August-12pm Monday 25th August.

Town Coordinators

Council works with local community economic development agencies in the main towns of Bulls, Marton and Taihape with funding to support Town Centre Co-ordinators. The co-ordinators operate across a range of groups and projects to help maintain vibrant, living communities in our main centres.
