Halls for Hire

Throughout our district we have a number of halls available for hire whether it's a conference, board meeting, wedding, community event or ball.

You can browse the various facilities and rooms for hire below, select the location and complete the application form for booking.

Te Matapihi - Bulls Community Centre is equipped with the following: Hall with stage, Supper Room and includes a separate kitchen, and separate toilets.

Suitable for: Wedding Reception, Wedding Ceremony, Parties & Celebration, Meetings, Group Fitness & Dance, Concerts & Plays, Conferences

Ngā Awa Block - Taihape Amenities Building is an amenities building in Taihape for various sporting and recreation organisations in the community.

Suitable for: Winter sports, Meetings, Group Fitness & Dance, Concerts & Plays.

Mangaweka Hall is equipped with the following: Hall with stage and includes a separate kitchen, separate toilets and storerooms.

Suitable for: Wedding Reception, Wedding Ceremony, Parties & Celebration, Meetings, Group Fitness & Dance, Concerts & Plays, Conferences

Marton RSA and Citizens’ Memorial Hall is equipped with the following: Hall, Supper Room, RSA Room and includes a separate kitchen, separate change areas with showers and toilets and storerooms.

Taihape Town Hall - due to the closure of this facility this venue is no longer available for hire.

Taihape - Kokako Street Hall is equipped with the following: separate kitchen, separate toilets and storerooms.

Suitable for: Wedding Ceremonies, Parties & Celebrations, Meetings, Group Fitness, Concerts and Conferences
A large outside space adjacent to the building is also available. This is fully fenced and would be ideal for children’s birthday parties.

Dudding Lake has a hall which is also available for hire via the Dudding Lake website. It has a well equipped kitchen and modern toilet facilities.

Tutaenui Hall is equipped with the following: A large main hall, well equipped kitchen (2 Stoves, microwave and fridge) separate toilets, storage space and lots of parking.

Suitable for: Weddings, birthdays, meetings, group classes, etc.
