Rentals
Council currently owns and manages 72 community houses in Bulls, Marton, Ratana and Taihape. These are small one bedroom flats ideally suited for single people and a few double sized flats.

Rental rates apply to superannuitant tenants only. Council reserves the right to charge non-superannuitants a market rent for the housing units.
