Marton Bears Netball Club

The Marton Bears Netball club caters to Netballers from college age up to adults. All trainings are in Marton and our winter season is played in the Netball Manawatu comp. An inclusive, safe place to continue on your love of netball, create new friendships and keep your body active and moving!

Tūtaenui Playgroup

We have lots of toys and resources to engage your tamariki, we also organise an excursion once a term.

When and where we meet:

Tutaenui Hall, 4 Griffins Road, Marton.

We meet term time on Wednesday's. We’re there from 9.30am- 11.30am and provide morning tea.

Memberships fees:

You get 3 free visits, and then it costs $3 per family, per session. Please contact for more information.

Rangitikei Country Music Club Inc

Come along on the day and listen or if you would like to sing see the president and things will be explained.

When and where we meet:

Lutheran Church Hall, 94 Pukepapa Rd Marton.

1st and 3rd Sundays 1pm, practice 10am.

Marton Arts and Crafts Centre

Our purpose is to promote, foster and encourage arts and crafts to the benefit of the community. We do this by providing tutored classes, group and workshops in various arts and crafts.

When and where we meet:

Weekly at 16 Grey Street, Marton

Members pay $30 per year to belong and pay a fee for each class, group or workshop they attend.

Rangitikei Country Quilters

Our object is to promote and facilitate participation in the craft of patchwork and quilting and the promotion of social activities among members.

Various activities - guest speakers, challenges, retreats, well stocked library.

When and where we meet:

We meet monthly at Rangitikei College - sewcial circle (sew and chat) at 9.30am followed by club meeting at 1pm. Meetings are held at Rangitikei College in Marton on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
