Work on Draft Long Term Plan Well Underway

We have to adopt our next Long Term Plan (LTP) by the end of June 2015, but before we do that we need to consult with our community about our intended plans, programmes, projects, and rating levels over the next 10 years.
In addition to preparing a draft LTP, we are developing a document that summarises the key issues and challenges facing the District, the choices we have to address those issues and costs involved. This document 'What's the Plan Rangitikei…?' sits alongside the draft LTP, and will provide the focus for our LTP consultation. More details on the key issues, challenges and choices, and the consultation process, will be covered in the March Rangitikei Line.
