Ngā Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April. During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to invite interested parties to submit a proposal to the Rangitikei District Council for the ownership/management of the Council’s Community Housing Portfolio.

This EOI was previously advertised with the requirement for the submitter to be a community housing provider registered with the Community Housing Regulatory Authority (or that would be registered at the point of transfer). This criteria has been removed. However the tender evaluation will be based on the Performance Standards and Guidelines used by the Community Housing Regulatory Authority.

Those who previously applied do not need to reapply unless there is new information to provide.

Expressions of interest must be received by 12.00 pm, Friday 15th July 2016.
