Ngā Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April. During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

Wanganui Road

Update on Wanganui Road construction programme, from Rangitikei District Council and Higgins Contractors 8 June 2016.

The programme to complete remaining work is, subject to weather:

  • Kerb and channels on the corner at Skerman/Pukepapa – expected to be completed this week.
  • Concrete footpaths and crossings mainly on the left side (heading to Huntly School) – planned to be completed the week ending 24 June.
  • Grass berms – planned to be completed by the week ending 1 July

The hotmix surfacing is programmed for October/November when the weather is more reliable for this activity.
