Preparing for Census 2018

To help prepare for the next census in March 2018, Stats NZ are building a comprehensive address list that will enable them to send households in New Zealand a letter with a unique access code next year, so that they can take part online.

To make sure the address list they have developed is on track, they will be checking addresses in your community.

Census staff will be in our area 14 June to 8 August 2017.

Staff will be wearing Stats NZ uniforms and will be carrying identification. There will be no direct contact with the public.
