Ngā Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April. During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

Simon Willocks of Quotable Valuations (QV) is presenting to Council’s Finance/Performance Committee on 29 June 2017 in Council Chambers, 46 High Street, Marton, from 10.30 am. Members of the public are invited to attend.

The purpose of the presentation is to explain the process that QV takes in valuing land and property throughout New Zealand. This is of high interest in the current housing market with sales of property in the Rangitikei District on the rise. The valuation given by QV affects the sale and purchase price of land and buildings; it also has an impact on rateable valuations.
