Annual Plan 2020-21

Council has adopted it's Mahere ā-tau / Annual Plan 2020/21.
Year 3 of the Long term Plan 2018-2028.
This is the third year of the Long Term Plan (LTP); it outlines work programmes for the next 12 months, along with information on rates.
Our 2018-28 Long Term Plan had originally projected an average rate increase of 6.27%; this has been reduced to 3.63%.
Earlier this year Council made the decision not to have a formal submission process as part of adopting the Annual Plan.
It made that decision on the basis of the Annual Plan following the Long Term Plan (LTP) in direction, with no new major decisions.
