At a public meeting on Thursday, 12 March 2020 at the Bulls Town Hall, Mayor Andy Watson discussed the increased costs of the Bulls Community Centre. The meeting was held to ensure the public fully understood this project and are aware of what the cost of the Bulls Community Centre would be.
