Council is aware of the recent sensitivities around historic statutes, like the Captain Cook statue in Marton. On Wednesday the decision was made to conceal this statue to prevent vandalism.

We ask you to please respect this decision. This matter will be discussed at Council's meeting on Thursday 25 June.
