Community Initiatives Fund

Round 2 of the 2019/20 year is now open 4 April through to 24 April 2020, with the consideration meeting to be held on Tuesday 26 May 2020.

This is a Council fund intended to support community-based projects in the Rangitikei District that develop community cohesion and community resilience.
The fund is awarded by the Grants Sub-Committee.

This round will be solely focus on the following area:

• Community service and support, with a focus on those who have been impacted by Covid-19.

An example is a local volunteer group delivering groceries to the elderly.
