Rangitīkei District Council is consulting on the draft Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings Policy.

The Building Act 2004 requires Territorial Authorities to adopt a policy on dangerous and insanitary buildings. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the Rangitīkei District is a safe and healthy place to live and visit.

Written submissions on the draft Dangerous and Insanitary Buildings Policy may be made from 2 April 2020 to 12 noon 4 May 2020. You can make a submission online or print a copy and post it to Marton Office, 46 High Street, Marton, 4741.
