Mangapapa River Slip

Rangitīkei District Council is aware of a slip blocking Mangapapa River upstream of where it meets the Turakina River. Horizons Regional Council is monitoring the situation, and there is no immediate risk to homes or infrastructure.

Round 2 of the 2019/20 year is now open - 15 February through to 6 March, with the consideration meeting to be held in April 2020.
This is a Council fund intended to support events in the district that help to develop community cohesion and reinforce economic growth.
