Nga Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April.

During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

A section of Marton's Village Green received a new hedge along the joint boundary fence between Rangitīkei District Council and Speirs Foods last week.

The planting and mulching was undertaken by local Land based Training students. This work enabled them to gain experience in a landscape project and acquire NZQA unit standards credited towards their course.

We are proud to work with local students in our community and hope to work together on more projects in the future.
