Ohingaiti Cemetery

After seeking feedback from people concerned by the installation of a new safety fence at the Ohingaiti Cemetery the Council has reviewed its decision and is implementing a revised solution to address the hazard of the drop-off at the rear of the cemetery. People’s safety is our utmost concern. The fence height will be reduced and signs will be installed alerting anyone at the cemetery of the risk from the drop-off and advising they stay in front of the fence.
