There are many agencies, professional businesses and rural organisations providing excellent professional information such as feed management, budgeting, webinars, one-on-one support and a listening ear when things get too hard.
‘Pride in our Land’ looks to promote what is on offer and with some new well-being initiatives added, not just for the farmers but for the whole whanau and our rural residents to participate in. We acknowledge that the farming community is resilient and often can cope with hardship, but if families are struggling this campaign is a positive boost for their health and well-being.
