Community Initiatives Fund

Round 1 of the 2021/22 year for our Community Initiatives Fund is now open!
This is a Council fund intended to support community-based projects in the Rangitīkei District that develop community cohesion and community resilience. The fund is awarded by the Finance/Performance Committee.

Previous winners include:
- Taihape Area Dressage Group
- Bulls Toy Library Incorporated
- 1000 ANZAC Poppies for Marton
- Bulls and District Community Trust
- Wanganui Area Neighbourhood Support Groups Inc
- Rotary Club of Marton Charitable Trust
Grants will usually be up to a maximum of $2,500 for any project in any one financial year.
Application will be considered at a meeting to be held on Thursday, 28 October 2021.
