Repair of Pukenaua Road Over Bridge

Earlier this year Pukenaua Road rail bridge sustained damage from a collision with a truck. Kiwi Rail completed emergency repairs at the time to allow the road to reopen as quick as possible.
Kiwi Rail have now completed planning and design of a permanent repair to the bridge and have advised this work will start on Monday 5 July.
Pukenaua Rd will be closed on the following dates and times:
- Monday 5 July from 9am to 3pm
- Wednesday 7 July from 9am to 3pm
- Thursday 8 July from 9am to 3pm
- Saturday 24 July from 9am to 4pm
- Sunday 25 July from 11am to 10pm
Kiwi Rail will make contact with all the property owners along Pukenaua Rd to advise them of the road closures at the above dates and times.
