Bulls Reservoir and Water Tower Artwork Project

Bulls Community Committee and Rangitīkei District Council are collaborating on a project to beautify the Bulls Reservoir and Bulls Water Tower.

We're keen to know from the Bulls community what ideas you have and if you can help in any way with this project.

We will use the responses to this questionnaire help us prepare a call for submissions from individuals and community groups for artistic improvements to the two structures. Submissions will be evaluated by a panel, and a preferred submission selected to be implemented on the structures.
