Otara Bridge

Strength testing of Otara Bridge was completed on 28 and 29 September. Rangitīkei District Council and Manawatū District Council are now awaiting a detailed report from the bridge engineers, which will help inform the next steps for the bridge. Read more here.

BULLS: Urgent conserve water notice

UPDATE: Repairs are now complete and the water conservation notice is lifted. Thanks to the Bulls community for your quick cooperation.

There has been a water supply break in Bulls, along State Highway 1, and we are asking all residents to urgently conserve water.

There may be some discoloration while we refill the reservoir through alternative means but the water is still safe for consumption.
