Maintenance Work - Marton Library and Wellington Road Flats

Marton Library and Wellington Road flats are currently undergoing maintenance work. See below for a timeline of this work.
Marton Library:
Week commencing 23 May
- Scaffolding erected and building wrap installed
Week commencing 30 May
- Re-roofing and re-carpeting commences. This is estimated to take two weeks.
Wellington Road Flats
Week commencing 23 May
- Scaffolding erected on flats 1-6
Week commencing 13 June
- Re-roofing works to flats 1-6 commences. This is estimated to be completed early July, once flats 1 - 6 have been completed re-roofing of the remaining flats will be started.
All work is weather dependent, so timelines are subject to change.
