Online Payment Issues Identified

Council has identified a recent issue with our online payment portal.

If you have paid anything to Council between 10 February 2022 - 1 March 2022 using the Councils website and used the credit card option, the payment has not been allocated to your account.

We are aware due to the timing of the rates due date some ratepayers have received a letter stating any unpaid amount will incur a 10% penalty if not paid within 10 days, however, if you have paid using the credit card option this penalty will be reversed once the issue has been resolved.
