Cooks Bar wall refurbishment
Council has decided to complete the works at the boundary wall between 297 and 305 Broadway (referred to as the Cooks wall).

The existing unreinforced brick wall will be removed in full and replaced with a new wall.
The work will allow for the current temporary stabilising measures and fencing to be removed, which were put in place following the demolition of the neighboring building in 2016.
Work is anticipated to begin at the start of 2025.
