Creative Communities Scheme Committee Nominations Open!

The Creative Communities Scheme supports and encourages local creative projects that help make the arts more accessible, foster community participation, and celebrate cultural diversity across the Rangitīkei District.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about the arts, culture, and creativity to join the Creative Communities Assessment Committee. Members help assess funding applications and ensure local voices are represented in supporting creative projects for the next three years, meeting twice a year but there is a bit of work in the background assessing the applications before the meeting.
We welcome applications from anyone involved in, or supportive of, the arts in our district — including artists, educators, cultural leaders, youth representatives, and community members.
