IANZ Report Rangitīkei
This report relates to the accreditation assessment of the Rangitīkei District Council Building Consent Authority (BCA) which took place during 18 February to 20 February 2025 to determine compliance with the requirements of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006 (the Regulations).
This report is based on the document review, witnessing of activities and interviews with the BCA’s employees undertaken during the accreditation assessment.
