Representation Review Online Objection/Appeal Form

Appeals/Objections close at 12 noon on Monday 6 December 2021.

Any person who made a submission on the Initial Proposal may lodge an appeal against the Final Proposal. The appeal must relate to the matters raised in that person’s submission.

Any person who is opposed to Council’s Final Proposal but did not make a submission on the Initial Proposal may lodge an objection. Any objection must identify the matters in the Final Proposal that are being objected to.

All appeals/objections will be sent to the Local Government Commission who will make a determination.
