Youth Headquarters School Holidays
April School Holidays begin Monday 6 April to Friday 17 April.
#YHQ will be open
- Tuesday 7 April - 11am-2pm
- Wednesday 8 April - 1-4pm
- Tuesday 14 April - 11am-2pm
- Thursday 16 April - 11am-2pm.

#YHQ is a safe place for tamariki/rangatahi to hang out.
Youth Headquarters (#YHQ) has been running now since March 2024, and it's an after school hang out space for tamariki/kids aged 10 and over (under 10's are welcome but they must be accompanied by an adult).
We aim to provide a safe place for kids to socialise with each other, with things like video games, board games, table tennis etc. Some kai (some fruit, ingredients to make toasties etc) is available for tamariki through the generous sponsorship from New World Marton.
School term time and hours
- Open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3-4.30pm
- For ages 10-18yrs
- School Holidays Times and Days may very.
All tamariki and rangatahi welcome!
Location
Youth Headquarters is located upstairs at RSA and Citizens' Memorial Hall, Marton.
