Ngā Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April. During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

Wanganui Road/Skerman Street intersection is to be resurfaced with the thick layer of hotmix to survive the heavy traffic.

The work is scheduled to take 3 days starting Monday 5^th December. During this period there will be partial detours to allow the work to proceed as shown in the diagrams Day 1 – Monday 5^th and Day 2 – Tuesday 6^th. On Wednesday 7^th the final surfacing layer will be placed, and both Day 1 and Day 2 detours will be used for ½ a day each.
