Ngā Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April. During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

Road Closures/Damage - Northern Turakina Valley (TV3) and Watershed Roads

The weekend weather has resulted in damage to TV3 and Watershed Roads:

  • TV3 is currently closed between Papanui Junction and Siberia Station due to a slip/cracks in the road. The road will remain closed to heavy vehicles for some time. There is access for light vehicles only; work to make the site safer will commence tomorrow, so expect some delays.
  • Watershed Road is passable with care.

UPDATE: 23 September 2019: both roads are now open.
