Council offices and the Marton Community Hub will be closing at 12:30pm on Friday 19 December. If you need to come and see us for anything, please do so before then, or hold on until we reopen again on Monday. You can still call us on 0800 422 522 to log Requests for Service.

Waste Transfer Stations under COVID Alert Level 3

When our District moves to Covid Alert Level 3 all transfer stations will be open as per their normal operating hours.

These facilities will be adhering to strict rules around social distancing, you must follow the instructions of the operators on site when entering these premises.

Please be aware there could be delays entering the premises (mainly Marton) so be patient and observe the road rules.

They will be accepting Eftpos only (No Cash). Hunterville and Ratana where we have no Eftpos facility in place, Smart Environmental will be collecting details of customers so we can invoice the cost at a later date or alternatively pay via internet banking.
