Customer Service

What is an RFS?
An RFS, or Request for Service, is generated when you contact us about something that we need to fix, clean, sort etc. It could be anything such as potholes that needs filling, fixing a broken water pipe, graffiti clean-up, a dog that might be wondering the streets, or you’re concerned about a business that’s operating illegally.

But why do we need to log an RFS?

A couple of reasons. It creates a paper trail for us, and for you. Every RFS generates a unique ID number which means it makes it easier to follow up with the appropriate staff and/or contractors to see where progress on that issue is at.

Also, if you notice that this particular issue is a regular occurrence, it might be a sign of something that needs some extra attention, so let us know and we can investigate further.

We’ve implemented an opt in feedback loop system to advise people of when their issue has been completed via text or email.

How do you log an RFS with our Customer Experience team?

  1. Phone 24/7
  2. Email
  3. Website (preferred method and link below)
  4. Messenger
  5. In person at any of our buildings

A lot of people will leave it to someone else to let us know that there’s a problem. But don’t be afraid to be a squeaky wheel, and let us know what’s happening so we can resolve your issue ASAP.

And take note of your RFS number.
