Asset Management Plans 2015-2025
Council provides many of its services by investing in some major assets; our roading network, the reticulated water and wastewater services, stormwater drainage and a number of community facilitites, such as swimming pools. These are managed in line with Asset Management Plans.
These documents guide Council's forward-works programme and help it to set the annual budgets. The Plans are regularly reviewed, but at least every three years in line with the Long-Term Plan.
