• Halls - Alcohol Management Plan (PDF)

  The management of alcohol consumption is an important component of event management that you must plan well in advance of the event itself with harm-minimisation strategies. Use the form if you will have alcohol at your event held in one of our halls.

• Halls - Kokako Street Hall (Taihape) - Facility Hire Form (PDF)

  This application includes four parts. Please ensure you have received, read and understood all sections, complete and sign all relevant areas before returning.

• Halls - Safety Management Form (PDF)

  Rangitīkei District Council requires that before holding an event at a community hall, event organisers obtain all relevant permits/licences and complete a risk assessment and event management plan. You are required to do this prior to the event setup/start date. Council staff can be available to assist with this process or provide advice if required.

• Mangaweka Town Hall Event Application - Application Pack A (PDF)

  Use this form if there will be less than 50 people attending and no alcohol is to be consumed.

• Mangaweka Town Hall Event Application - Application Pack B (PDF)

  Use this form if any one of the following apply: 1. There are more than 50 people attending AND no alcohol will be consumed 2. Alcohol is free* or BYO (free does not mean included in the ticket price)

• Mangaweka Town Hall Event Application - Application Pack C (PDF)

  Use this form if alcohol will be sold (includes alcohol in the ticket price)

• Marton RSA and Citizens’ Memorial Hall Event Application - Application Pack A (PDF)

  This alcohol host responsibility form must be completed for any event held at the Bulls Community Centre that will have alcohol available.
