Māori Freehold Land Rates Remission Application Form
Māori freehold Land is defined by section 5 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 as “land whose beneficial ownership has been determined by the Māori Land Court by freehold order”.
Otara Bridge will be closed between 7:00am and 5:00pm on Monday 28 September and Tuesday 29 September. Temporary restrictions are in place at all other times, including a weight limit of 6000 kg. Please read more here.
