Mangapapa River Slip

Rangitīkei District Council is aware of a slip blocking Mangapapa River upstream of where it meets the Turakina River. Horizons Regional Council is monitoring the situation, and there is no immediate risk to homes or infrastructure.

Where's it @ Rangitīkei - Long Term Plan 2024-2034

The Long Term Plan (LTP) is a large and important document that sets out the Council’s plans and budget for the next 10 years. Every three years, the LTP is reviewed and refreshed to make sure we’re still heading in the right direction for our District’s future.

Consultation for the Long Term Plan 2024-2034 occurred from Friday 8 March 2024 to Sunday 7 April 2024.
