Mayor’s Commendation Award

Mayor of Rangitīkei - Andy Watson presented Peter and Elaine Saywell a Commendation Award earlier this month.
In presenting the award Mayor Andy said “Numerous people in the last few weeks, have approached me to say that Peter and Elaine needed to be recognised in some way for their dedication to countless organisations and groups in Marton over many years.
It was a real privilege to be able to present this award to them, at their home, and give them the recognition they deserve. There is no-one more deserving than them.”
