Ngā Awa Block Maintenance

Maintenance work is taking place on the public toilet and shower facilities of the Nga Awa Block from Monday 13 April until Wednesday 22 April. During this time, the referee changing rooms will be available for use between the hours of 6:00am and 9:00pm.

Code of Conduct Policy

This Code of Conduct (“the Code”) sets out the standards of behavior expected from elected members (herein
referred to as “members”) in the exercise of their duties. Its purpose is to:

  • enhance the effectiveness of Council and the provision of good local government of the district;
  • promote effective decision-making and community engagement;
  • enhance the credibility and accountability of Council to its communities;
  • promote strong and collegial relationships between members when working together in the course of their various functions and duties; and
  • develop a culture of mutual trust, respect and tolerance between members and executive
    management.

This purpose is given effect through the values, roles, responsibilities and behaviors agreed in the Code.
