Gambling Venue (Class 4) Policy

The Gambling Act 2003 requires Council to adopt a Class 4 venue policy and carry out a review every three years.

It provides the tools for territorial authorities to limit the impact of gambling harm within communities through controlling the number of gambling venues, number of machines and location of venues.
