Dangerous, Affected and Insanitary Buildings Policy

The purpose of this policy is to meet the legislative requirements of the Act, which requires the policy to state*:

  • The approach that the Council will take in performing its functions under the Act;
  • Council’s priorities in performing those functions; and
  • How the policy will apply to heritage buildings.
