We’ve introduced a new form to make sharing feedback easier.

Your feedback is an important way to help us understand the things we are doing well and not so well. All complaints and suggestions will be assessed and prioritised for action. Kōrero mai, have your say.

You can access the new feedback form via the button above or via QR codes at Council facilities and public spaces. This means you can provide on the spot feedback as your experience happens. Keep an eye out for QR codes when you are next using a Council service or facility.
