Statement of Service Performance (SSP)
Within the Long Term Plan each activity, where applicable, has intended levels of service set out, which Council will report on.
The performance measures and levels that have been set will be in place for years one to three of the Long Term Plan before they are reviewed as a part of the next Long Term Plan. The Government requires all councils to report on a set of performance measures for roading, water, wastewater, stormwater and flood protection.
